Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item arrives and is damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@hotpinklime.com within 14 days from receipt for an exchange or refund. We count receipt of the item as the day the USPS tracking states it was delivered.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Digital Downloads – including planners, printables or any other digital item.
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you would like to return or exchange an item that does not fall under one of the above categories, please contact us with your order number within 14 days of receipt for return instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Item must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
